Effective August 1, 2014, the State of Minnesota has passed a minimum wage increase, raising the minimum wage in a series of three phases. Beginning in 2018 the minimum wage will be tied to inflation.

**The same rate applies for the 90-Day Training Wage (18 and 19 years old) and the Youth Wage (Under 18 years old).
