Payroll Processor / Accounting Assistant

Job Qualifications

– Experienced bookkeeper or recent graduate with two-year accounting degree
– Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
– Strong work ethic, team player and self-motivated
– Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication skills and client relations (verbal & written)

Duties/Responsibilities

– Process payrolls for multiple clients
– Sales & payroll tax reporting
– Assist in preparation of financial statements for multiple clients
– Bank account and general ledger reconciliations
– General bookkeeping and accounting
– Provide quality customer service
– QuickBooks experience is a plus
